They offer lots of classes for the price which is pretty awesome. It's pretty meaty in there which is some good people watching . There is a cafe attached also even a little basketball shooting area
Very Nice Gym !Clean ,friendly staff ,equipment,classes ,daycare ,movie cardio room ,cafe in gym and MORE!! Life Quest and La have none on this ,Wish I lived closer to this gym ????❤️
Great gym ! Weekends during the day and between 7am to 9am weekdays are fairly empty.
Check out the Tuesday and Saturday spin class with Gene! He plays the best music
