Usually can find some really cool pieces. No shopping bags, so bring your own if you shop. There's always a huge line for selling.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to give an honest opinion. I like that things are organized by size rather than by color like at Beacon's.

More down to earth and flexible then Beacon's Closet in terms of selling. I'd take BE's 30% over BC's 35% any day. And you won't have fashionably douchie hipsters looking down on your old rags. Sweet!

Amazing spot! The staff here is uber helpful and HONEST which is hard to find. Found an Oscar de la Renta top here for under $20. Amaze!

Call ahead of time to see what they are buying. This will help prioritize your load. When shopping, make a list prior as it could be overwhelming once you are inside.

Less crowded and waaay better organized than Beacon's closet but less to choose from. They have these up in Boston and I think in San Fran too. Friendly staff .

During COVID, have to book an appointment in advance to sell

For shoppers, this place is almost always busy and selection seems really picked over. For sellers, expect long lines but the buyers here so much friendlier than those at other locations!!!

If you have clothes to sell bring them here first! The buyers are so nice and they take way more than anywhere else.

BE offered $10 for three items out of a massive box of clothes I brought to them. Went to Crossroads and they took nearly the entire box for $165.
