If you're in a hurry, turn left on entering, grab a newspaper and a coffee , then straight on out to boarding. If you have time, turn right and up the stairs, the upstairs area is nicer to lounge in!

Awesome first time experience. We were well attended to by the staff , who ensured our comfort & fetched drinks & pastries for us. Charging available at every seat. Great, welcoming attitude by staff .

They have recently (October 2013) introduced a DJ in the upstairs area on a Friday night. Head up, grab a drink, sit back, listen, relax, and enjoy the end of a long week!

Leave your luggage right next to the counter when you enter. Then go up and enjoy a more quiet environment . Btw, they only serve glühwein/mulled wine/glög upstairs :)

American Express Platinum card members can access the lounge with a ticket for any class . This includes American cardholders as well .

Great location speedy process very efficient

They sometimes have a bottle of dry cider in the fridge . If not, it's worth asking, as there's often a spare out back!

I'm loving the free access to FT. Also the monthly wallpaper and tatler magazines . Great selection and good tea . :)

You can buy a carnet of Paris metro tickets here, saving you the anxiety of doing it in Paris in the subway.

If they were to improve the level if food served, this place would be close to perfect !

Great space to wait.

There's a dedicated wifi which works much better than the global st pancras wifi . Ask for the code when arriving.

Wish they had more healthy food options . A lot of nut-based nibbles, and sometimes only that :(

If you're not travelling business but want somewhere more bearable to wait you can enter the lounge with an Amex Platinum credit card.

Upstairs is larger and more quiet . They do have a lift if you have heavy luggage

The lounge is much much better than the one in Paris . Except the staff a bit colder than the french ones.
