As somebody else said, the onion ring starter is great value and delicious. I've now been three times and had variable service each time. The food has been no more than luke warm all three times.
French week the beef bougineon is fantastic along with the hardy shraz.
A great selection of food, my tip is to have a tower of onion rings as a starter with bar b q sauce.
Wild boar and chorizo burger is spot on.

Nice food and service but shame about the recent breastfeeding scandal where they made a mum feed her baby in the toilets ! The Manager should be ashamed or sacked!

Easy location for a meet up, cheep food! Never have chicken skewers, now don’t have cask ale. Only visit because of easy location for the people we meet with. A pint of water is decent value for money - Stevan Eggleton
