Had cause to complain about our meal but must commend the way the manager dealt with our complaint. Very professional.
Late with the food due to a computer error apparently, but were given complimentary drinks and a free desert . Again, very professional dealing with the problem.
On a cold misty afternoon the lounge area is warmer and more comfortable that Telford Station.
