世界の恒久平和を願い、国籍や軍人・民間人の区別なく、沖縄戦等で亡くなった全ての人々の名を刻んだ祈念碑。1995年6月、太平洋戦争・沖縄戦終結50周年を記念して建立したもの。一度は歴史の教科書で目にした事がある人も多いであろう。
国籍を問わず沖縄戦の全戦没者の名前の刻まれている石碑群
戦争で犠牲になった方々の名前が何枚もの石碑に刻まれています。
