Amazing staff ! When I saw the line during morning rush,17-people deep,I almost headed for the door. These ladies kept it moving so much, was out the door in 10min. w/java in hand.Great start to my day!
Slowest ever. The management needs to do better on staffing. Took at least 5 min to check out 3 people with a line wrapped around and almost out the door.
The staff is very personable and wonderful but the service can get really slow. Even ordering online can cause a 10 minute wait at times...
Don't forget you can always get a free tall coffee with a empty coffee bag! Haven't paid in awhile! =)
Great people. Attached to our hotel . Like the Starbucks
The chestnut praline latte ! Excellent!
If there's a line I just skip it or go to the Subway Sandwich shop across the street. They have breakfast sandwiches .
Omg!!! I'm still standing here and it's only one person!!! Like WTF type of service is this!!! This Safeway needs more ppl to work at this Starbucks!!!!
Standard Starbucks, but very clean for being in the city
Great window seats , but no outlets!
One of the best and friendly managers anywhere.
Once again Starbucks has their music way too loud !!!! I thought this was supposed be a place to relax , work or chat but we have to talk over the loud music
I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. I'll just leave it at that.
This Starbucks is the best. Awesome baristas, es
Decent grocery store Starbucks.
Best Starbucks staff I have ever had.
The door to the hotel is deceptive. Push!
They sell coffee ...I like coffee .
They don't participate in corporate promotions like a free Tall House Blend Coffee .
Make sure to try some of the new (and even gluten free ) snacks !
There are never enough employees at this location. Double check your order.
This is the most excruciatingly slow Starbucks I've ever been to. Doubt speed will improve anytime soon, as there is no other coffee options nearby.
Visited this place once and will never come back. Terrible & arrogant staff (and perhaps flying high at time of our visit). Just can’t recommend.
Rush hour - 8:30-9:00 a.m. Don't come here at this time if you want your drink to be made properly.
This location only damages Starbucks' reputation. Too often, there's only 1 staffer & service is slow.
Normally this place rocks and the baristas frequently memorize your drink order! But many, many tourists .
Sooo this location only accepts the hard rewards card to reload...not the Starbucks app. Worst of all they don't give or redeem any Rewards!! Ughhh
I highly recommend the Caramel Machiatto
Slowest Starbucks ever...two baristas on a weekend working in a Starbucks connected to a hotel us a poor management decision!
Not the best location for computer use - there are few or possibly no electrical outlets near the tables.
My SW office
Try the Mocha Coconut Frappucino !
Don't come on Sundays. The girls behind the counter are rude as hell and the one making the coffee is even worse.
This particular cafe was filthy.
The apple bran muffin is yummy ...
Not getting the "bad service" comments. Nice people, quick.
Waited in line while barista chatted with coworker. Waited..waited... No hello. No one second please. Nothing. Walked out. Horrible service.
Located inside Safeway at 4th & M.
Always sooooo slow.
Terrible service, but its worth it...pumpkin spice frappauccino!!
Java Frap to go plz
Be prepared to wait. One of the slowest Starbucks ever.
Very slow no sense of urgency at all
Worst Starbucks experience ever. Rude baristas, slow service and they forgot my order and I had to wait a very long time.
Slow service in here...
Slow, rude, and dirty . The "I will never be back" trifecta.
Slowest Starbucks Ever!!!
Don't go here during the Summer... full of tourists .
Skip it. Bad coffee and they don't serve breakfast sandwiches .
Highly recommend the Italian flatbread, the spinach egg sandwich, and the masala chai! - erin mazursky
Totally love it! The museum is stunning, everything is organized in a fun way. A great place to learn and have fun. - Steven Vega
Museums are close by and its great because there free of course. When there are events it's somewhat crowded but well worth going. I can't wait to go back - Andrea Moore
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING great gift shops and prices. Large and lots to see very fun - Kiley K
