元々は 1909 年に本牧に建てられた旧中澤邸の洋館部分。現在の場所には 1977 年に移転。横浜に現存する洋館の中では唯一明治時代に建てられたものであり、市内に唯一残る和洋併設型の西洋館。

12時～14時の間に１時間程昼休みで閉館時間があります。
関東大震災の復興事業の一つとして、1927 年に建てられた木造 2 階建の外国人向けアパートメント。設計は隣のえの木ていと同じ朝香吉蔵。4 つの同一形式の住戸が中央部分の玄関ポーチを挟んで対称的に向かい合い、上下に重なる構成。 - Rue. SATOH
