We came for our anniversary and the staff was so wonderful with helping us celebrate. We had the tasting menu which was wonderful. I highly recommend the polenta and the pasta bolognese !

It's not on the menu , but their cacio e pepe is one of the best I've had. And the Tuscan seafood stew is served over bread , has a divinely cooked piece of snapper , and is a savory bowl of heaven.

Start with asparagus and cucumber salad with light yogurt dressing $14 then whole roasted sea bass on crispy potatoes and fennel stuffed with lemon and rosemary $68.

Absolutely adored the Hearth Broth. And also sitting at the bar for dinner on a Saturday night. The meatballs and whatever the ragù pasta is, are a perfect pairing for a shared dinner .

Great date spot or small ground dinner . Ambiance is good. Order lanis greens and the warm autumn vegetables to start. The chicken is very good, the meatballs are good, and the canestri.

Don’t tell, but sometimes Sarah sits at the chef’s counter and orders Chicken for Two – for one! Fall Vegetable Salad is delicious, worth making a trip to NYC just to try it! The wines list is magic!

The ragu is good - but the gnocchi are the opus magnus. Like a cloud of butter - in the best way. The wine list is extensive and even includes 8 (!) orange wines . Quiet , relaxed, delicious.

Menu redesign is A++. Such a delicious dinner - Bone marrow turmeric broth, bread with lardo & butter, gigante beans, clams , and a prolific wine list . Going on my rotation!

Great brunch - light, yet filling. Everything on the plate is fresh and vibrant. Plus, they have an amazing bar selection of wines , ciders , and original takes on traditional brunch cocktails .

The gnocchi is to die for, broth, rigatoni were great. Try the pear salad and the garlic bread apps! Pass on the Japanese sweet potato salad , octopus . If you have room for dessert - chocolate pudding !

Great service, especially wine selection . The tasting menu is great for those who might have a hard time choosing (as we did) and gives you a good cross-section of apps, entrees and dessert .

Casual but nicely elevated farm to table Italian in the East Village , one of our favorite spots for a nice but relaxed meal or a good drink. The local vibe extends to the cocktails , too.

The "Variety Burger " is a medium-rare patty made from a coarse grind of brisket , chuck, heart, and liver . It's served with sweet potato wedge fries (heresy!) and without a bun (hiss!). ★★★

Fantastic Food all around! Had the tasting menu and enjoyed every part. My only complaint was that I wanted more pasta at the end, so it wood have been better to order directly from the menu!

Tasty dishes here for sure. They aren't as small as other NYC tapas plates but they still provide the chance to get a lot of variety without getting too much food. Tips are baked into the prices too.

Dark and rustic vibe. The food is great, especially the gnocchi which literally melts in your mouth. Get the bone marrow , lamb tongue (very tender) and cauliflower as well !

Great cider selection . Start with the sourdough bread w/grass-fed butter and try the meatballs as entree. Fantastic!

The burger is a destination dish for a reasonable price. V good. Everything else is good/seasonal/etc., but not super memorable. Menu always changes so worth visiting regardless.

definitely order the gnocchi , burger , and pork milanese if they're on the menu. it's a somewhat meat-heavy menu that still feels very light

SO good. Theres a reason Gnocchi is in every tip - get it. The Lamb is prepared 3 ways and is fantastic. Great romantic intimate setting for a special occassion .

For big appetites: the Pork Bev Steak . The veal meatballs are a solid choice! Cocktails are well-made here! This restaurant is a part of the Terroir Wine Bars ' family.

Great service, they will tell you everything about your email including the fish'a home town and favorite activities. Limited menu and for the steep the price is the food isn't anything special

Get the lamb , get the mushrooms . We were too late, but apparently there's a chicken dish that they only serve 1 of each night. Ask the waiter if you can get it, it looked awesome.

The tasting menu here is no hushed event : it’s raucous and exciting and always straight-up satisfying.
