The gym is small but has a good vibe. The trainers are really friendly and will not bother you other than to say hi and have a chat. One of the few FFs that have an olympic platform . Quiet after 7pm.

Cozy gym in the heart of London. Very friendly staff . And my personal trainer rocks. Overall: two thumbs up.

You have to try the Fitter London classes ; they're tough, kettle bell based workouts that leave knackered and with DOMS but so much fitter and stronger!

If you work in the West End, ask Marcus about the West End Rate!!

Look no further than Sonny if you're after a personal trainer . A king amongst men and he gets results. Top man!

Quieter than some of the other branches. 2.30 is a good time to go.

Guys.. If you don't like it being very gay or gay then go somewhere else. You have many ff outlets to choose from. I would never go into a gym and say it is very heterosexual!!

Possibly the gayest gym in London, but it's a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Taking a very long time to renovate. Doesn't appear to be a lot of work going on most of the time on the renovation. Very frustrating
