These guys are fantastic! Not only were they very attentive and polite, they solved my problem (cracked display) and did not charge me because it took them a while to assist me! I am an apple fan! ❤️
Free WiFi ! That's the real reason there's so many people here. They have a cool glass lift too that's very Charlie and the chocolate factory like. One of the best apple stores to visit.
Probably one of the most zen and classiest apple stores I’ve ever been to. Genius Bar is located on the 2nd floor so be ready to climb some beautiful glass stairs up! Get your legs working
Amazing location. It is a very large store after they remodeled it. Lots of different rooms to explore different products. I like this one more vs Regent street
If this isn't Apple 's flagship store in London , then I don't know what is. Pretty much a standard Apple Store in an interesting setting. Tip: make an appointment!
This Apple Store is unique. Unique in looks, in material, in location. There are more famous Stores in the world. But this is a quiet gem.
A huge Apple store with good customer support . don't forget to buy me an IPad ????
Nice & spacious Apple store. Very nice to experience the new products & attend the presentations by Apple staff .
The Best Apple Store in London ! They have toilets downstairs and I'm absolutely in love with the design of the actual store. I was only disappointed that they don't have iPhone 5s in gold;(
It’s a good store. The staff are, as in all Apple shops, very knowledgeable and friendly . I had great, fast service when buying my new iPhone on Friday.
The Covent Garden store is a must see, it's well designed with the iconic Jobs stairs. But if travelling by the underground, then take the lift up, unless you are superman/woman.
Beautifully Made Apple Store..Though Very Busy and A "Lil" difficult to find someone free.. But once you do, the staff is ultra warm and helpful..Buying the iPhone5 was a breeze!
One of the biggest, if not the biggest Apple Store in Europe. One of their flagships. Busy but has great service.
One of the best apple stores in history. You know why? Because you don't feel the claustrophobia of the usual apple stores and service is fast
Really helpful and efficient staff . Excellent customer service. Probably the best Apple Store I've been to. Pleasant surprise ????
For Genius appointments, go in the front door, immediate left and up the spiral staircase. All 3rd party accessories are on the top floor (via stairs at the back)
The most expensive Apple products in the world !!
Best customer service ever: came in, was given an appointment and someone took care of everything for me really quickly, impressed. The architecture of the building is gorgeous as well !
The very best service I've had in the world. And I've been to many Apple stores in several countries .
Maybe the largest Apple Store I’ve been to.
Book an appointment, at least 2 days in advance. However the service is great! - http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/coventgarden/
The staff don't crowd you like they do in the US but they are very helpful! And this is a pretty large store - 3 levels!!
Yeah, it looks all shiny now, but go back 230 years and you'd be watching graverobbed corpses being dissected by the Hunter brothers. How quickly people forget.
This place is HUGE! There is a lot of space and endless gadgets to try out before you decide whether or not you'd like to purchase them.
When you run out of battery and do not have a power bank with you. This is the place.
Interiour is brilliant combination of modern and classic and the staff is traditionally Apply friendly ;)
Great service in-store. Had a few iphones that needed to be unlocked. The manager kindly lended me The phone, so i could talk to my norwegian carrier and now i am enjoying a unlocked iPhone on O2 :)
This is a fantastic place to lean on the wall outside of and suckle on the free internet in the data dead zone of Covent Garden .
It’s funny to see how Steve Job push that brand to have a big spot in that area.
Beautiful store and super friendly staff . This store is not as busy as the Regent St store
Book an appointment in advance. Cov Garden spots go about 2 days before. Service is awesome. But no appointment = no service
This is what I won't be doing as I have ordered my one online and will be getting it first thing tomorrow morning on my doorstep :) #iPhone6
When opened in 2010 it was Apple 's 300th and largest store. The Grade II listed building was restored by San Francisco-based practice Bohlin Cywinski Jackson using English oak and York stone.
STUNNING ! Three floors of beauty, sellers ultra helpful and nice, large space with free wifi ... No need to talk about the products here..!
Great store, staff here is far more well versed with products than what I've experienced elsewhere. Make sure you move around the store and absorb its beauty.
The best looking Apple Store in London . Free cleans public toilets in the basement
The most amazing shop! I'm not particularly a gadget lover but I was impressed. Incredibly stylish and so great to see 'hands on' from customers so actively encouraged.
This is the prettiest Apple Store I've been to. Very nice.
Rolled in with a low battery- sat and charged up (for free!) at one of the docking stations. Didn't buy charger & as I had my cord, ended up buying converter at a tourist shop for 7GBP cheaper.
Such a beautiful and big place to buy Apple !
Beautiful store, but is so hard to try to pay for something here.. Good luck! Wave your hands around intensely that helps.
Always super busy but staff are very helpful. The bulding itself is pretty cool too.
Again, a beauty of a store. Possibly one of the nicest in the world.
Tons of electronics ready to test out. The employees are nice too.
Everyone's just so NICE! And cool, of course. A super-lovely branch with beautiful interiors too, which is just the Apple way...
The second best Apple Store in Central London.
Beautiful design. Try to go when it's raining for a look from the 3rd floor window!
One of the best Apple stores in London ...or at least the one with the least tourists
A work of art . Can easily see Jobs' influence here. Worth a visit.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, pretty okay wait time for Genius Bar. - Alan Egoh
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very small store, though. - Chris Phillips
Amazing restaurants, sweet & coffee shops! Very busy, some nice shows & singers around. Very recommended. - Abdulrahman Almunayes ????????
The macaroons are very beautiful, and it started from Ladurée, especially with the flavor of rose, coffee and chocolate, it is really irresistible٠ - AlSharif Adel ????????
My favorite area, beautiful location. Close to Leicester square, and several great food stops. - Chelsea Bradley
