기본적으로 호텔 룸을 예약했는데 주차장이 부족해서 외부에 차를 주차해야 한다는게 이해가 되지 않는다. 혹여 그러한 경우라면 발렛파킹을 해주는게 기본이고, 발렛이 아니더라도 주차장에 직원이 상주하며 안내를 해야한다고 생각한다. 주차장에 관리하는 직원도 없고 주차라인 밖에 아무데나 주차를 하게 해서 정확한 주차구역에 주차한 내 차를 30분 넘게 빼지 못했다. - 경재 조
