So impressed with the food preparation. The staff treated my table like lords and ladies and every bite of the food was fantastic! No for the economical at heart.

The waiters are very knowledgeable & helpful. They can help build your meal if you don't choose the omakase option. Entrees are Nobu's specialty, so try those instead of the regular nigiri and maki .

Don't feel intimidated if it's your first time here. Your waiter will work with you to help you have an amazing experience. The pork belly miso kushiyaki is absolutely phenomenal!

Every plate we had was incredibly delicious but top two picks are the rock shrimp and the crab meat tempura .

Best dish: otoro + micro greens + ossetra caviar + gold flakes + spicy miso sauce (not in the menu ) by Nobu Matsuhisa

I don't know....some of the food was very good(for example:yellow tail or creamy spicy crab ) But I had diarrhea a few hours later and next day !

Its good, but also reaaaly overpriced. U can get better food for less money in severel China town places like Yui, Raku or Kabuto. Service was very good, tho

I think I like the one at the Hard Rock better. They forgot us after we checked in for our reservation . The tables are too close together and the bathroom is supernova bright !

The breakfast buffet is delicious and fairly affordable in regards to most Vegas prices.
