Had dinner with colleagues while we spent a week working in Las Vegas. Loved the Sashimi style section of the menu with a great variety of fresh seafood . We had Yellowtail tuna and some of the roles.

Had the "Winter Warrior" sake (7 put of 10) but the star of the show was the "Protein Roll", best roll I've ever had (10 out of 10), also a nice staff ! Debit: its pricey , but you get what you pay for!

In and out! Ticketing, exhibit , walk-in closet sized gift shop can be completed in 45 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful! Solid wholesome activity to slot in amidst your other degeneratives

Overall a great choice and a definite must visit when in LV if you like Asian. Very good food, fair pricing , great fountain views and atmosphere. The service is a bit off but its worth it.

I am a vegetarian , and loved everything I was served. So did my non-vegetarian husband. Take the outdoor seating - great dinner and a great view of the Bellagio fountains .

Taylor Swift ate here to celebrate her ACM win. She enjoyed the restaurant 's signature dishes, including big eye tuna pizza , tai snapper and kobe beef tataki with her customized, sparkly chopsticks.

Great atmosphere and awesome dining room with fountain views . Pop rock roll worth a try the quality of nigiri slightly dissapointing but still good if you are from the west coast.

The protein roll substitutes rice for crab , which was delicious. The sushi was also really great and melts in your mouth.

A "must" if you're not staying with a view of the fountains . Food is a great cost/value ratio and the fountain show - every 15mins - is a surreal backdrop.

Pricy , but good quality - I sat in the front to people watch , but head toward the back for full dining. Try the house special saketini.

Tuna pizza it is a must. All rolls were awesome. Try the one with pop rocks !

Definitely not a place to go if you are focused on the dinning. You can get a much better Japanese/Asian food for the buck! Good place to impress your date though. Specially if you get a patio table !

Yellow Tail is so beautiful, you can sit outside on the terrace that overlooks the Bellagio Fountains and enjoy some of the best sushi on the strip!

Overall great sushi ! Be sure to get the big eye tuna pizza . I was skeptical but we all loved it. The garlic edamame is yummy and addictive.

Tuna pizza is great - so is the yellowtail jalapeño . You can sit overlooking the Bellagio fountains too.

See if you're as extreme as Yellowtail's pro-skater turned executive chef and try an order of the signature Popping Spicy Crab Roll , made with shiso , spicy crab and candy pop rocks .

Popping Spicy Crab Roll ! Has Watermelon Pop Rocks and it's SO AMAZING!!! My waiter was awesome, but the hostess told us we could only have our table for 2 hours max even tho it wasn't busy??

At Bellagio. Amazing meal, probably best I have had outside of NYC in ages. Had a tuna "pizza " with white truffle oil that was spectacular. Favor fusion dishes over sushi , always changing menu .

The sweet chili edamame and spicy popping crab roll are out of this world! Favorite sushi place, hands down. Totally worth every penny.

Must have the tuna pizza , sounds weird but it's amazing! Also for dessert , the assorted mochi is to die for.

Tuna Pizza is a bit overrated, but the Tempura Alaskan King Crab is great. Sparkling Sake was also sweet and delicious.

Lobster carpaccio and salmon pizza the best appetizer !!!!!

Ask to sit in the restaurant if you want a comfy chair while dining. Food is very good - not what you'd get at your neighborhood sushi place.
