Berghoff Cafe

The Berghoff by far has the best breakfast selection in ORD. Freshly made in front of you to order; you can't beat a Chicago tradition that is family owned/operated even inside ORD; No HMSHost here!

This dining spot has its own seating area and a selection of sandwiches ranging from breakfast creations to corned beef and a Rueben . Flatbread pizza is also available alongside Berghoff beer drafts .

Breakfast here is best in the ORD airport . Try the western wrap . Ham , cheese , onions , peppers . Can't go wrong! And if not your thing; go with something else. It's all made fresh in front of you!

Probably the cheapest real breakfast in an airport . Omelettes and breakfast sandwiches all between $5 and $9 freshly made to order, simple and quite tasty!

This is the only eatery and bar in the entire ORD that is privately owned and operated by the actual namesake. So you can trust 100% it's really the same as the real deal downtown!

The Reuben is very good. If you want your beer in a glass, order it separately at the bar rather than with the food. Genevive, as others have mentioned, is excellent, and was great with our baby.

Great sandwiches . The corned beef sandwiches are very much like the classic Berghoff restaurant sandwiches . Don't miss them.

By far the best place to eat and drink in Concourse C, not that there's much competition.

Corned beef on rye is terrific here. Don't forget to get the pickle too.

Get the Spanish breakfast croissant !  You may have to tell the guy your order at least 3 times before he actually pays attn to what your saying, but it's good! NOM!

Best food in Chicago right here. You don't even have to leave the airport . Try any sandwich or wrap then tell me I'm joking. Have a beer too, even if it is before noon.

The Cuban is moist and delicious and their lagers are excellent!

Want a real breakfast ? The Berghoff is the only restaurant at Ohare operated by the real owners! And their food is amazing! Try a western omelette . Ham , cheese , peppers , and a side of bacon ! Awesome!

The breakfast wraps are legit. I like the spinach one plus bacon or ham .

The Reuben is the most expensive item on the menu & it's worth it. Get it with a tasty Berghoff Dark Ale if you have the time. Best airport food ever.

If you have a long layover, a Reuben & an Oberon at the bar are a nice retreat. Underberg & soda is refreshing if you're in a hurry!

Good place for food and drinks. Had meals there a few times while traveling. Reuben is good.

A must if you're flying United or have the time to walk around before flight boarding. Sandwiches are amazing.

The Chilled Vegetarian Wrap is vegan . One of the better bets as far as food options go.

Food tastes great but $13.76 for a sandwich (no chips or fries , just a sandwich ) and a soda is a bit outrageous!

Very good for airport food . Kind of expensive but worth it.

Had an $8.5 Oktoberfest that I was disappointed with and the service was not super great, but it's the only bar in that part of the terminal

hot shaved deli meat - really chicago, you know comfort food

Good for a real breakfast . Eggs , yogurt , coffee , tea , sparkling water, breakfast "fajitas", beer . My kind of place.

Expensive beer . One draft is as much as a six pack. But we're a captive audience with no where else to go.

Grab a beer and spend an hour or so.

Drinking amber ale with veggie pizza ... Carved out mushrooms from the pizza and it tastes great now ..

Try the Reuben . It's big!

Have a Berghoff beer it is made by the Minhas Craft Brewery at it is amazing! Best beer ever! Especially the red lager !

Try the Cuban sandwich , it's excellent.

If you don't mind running to the bathroom in a couple hours, this is the place for you!

Roast beef moist and delicious! Large portions . Good beer . Take it to go or eat in.

Roast beef panini is great! Toasted and they carve the roast in front of you. :)

This place is a pain if you're traveling alone - no table service, and the food and drinks are in separate rooms .

My 6 year-old makes better wraps . Their Pesto is not.. Try the rueben & root beer . Tips?! LOL
