United Club is a airport lounge Chicago located in United States.
Terminal 1, near Gate C10 (ORD Airport) Chicago , IL 60666 United States
Credit Cards | Yes |
Wi-Fi | Yes |
These United Clubs need to offer more than just wifi , cheese and crackers . They could learn something from Virgin Atlantic's clubs (see image).
This is a pretty fancy United Club. It has super comfy chairs near the front. They have electrical outlets in them too!
great place to hang out waiting for planes , worth the membership price if you fly as much as I do and eat their snacks but they need to change them up. Tired of carrots and cheese
Ignore all tips before 2018. They are from the period before the club was renovated, reduced in size, and all hard liquor was removed from the offerings.
the quiet room is everything i need after a long flight with screaming kids. YES!!!!! (i mean "yes" shhhh)
It was a great decision to take the daily pass! Amazing structure , Service, food and beer ! I strongly recomend it.???????? ✈️
Looking for outlets? Once you walk in, go straight back towards the bar.....pick up free beer , then continue forward to the far wall. Outlets always open on this half of the club.....happy hunting!
Military can get in here regardless of your ticket or actual membership. Just show your ID at the desk and they'll let you in. Also, get a free wifi card while here or you have to pay for Internet
Breakfast : croissants , pound cake , yogurt parfait bar , oatmeal bar , and cereal. Illy coffee , tea , orange juice , and water for beverages.
Be sure to have a couple pre-flight beverages just in case your plane hits a truck on the tarmac. Trust me, you'll be pleased you did.
Look for seats that have larger tables with power outlets right away. Beer is free (Goose Island is recommended), wine and spirits cost extra.
Always mediocre snacks . But the drinks keeps flowing, the bartenders are always nice, and the view can be great depending on the time of the day. No need for wifi card anymore, just connect and go.
#unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks. If you are looking for a drink, you might want to stay away from United Clubs! :( Flyertalk Disc: http://goo.gl/quelcZ
Great club! So much more than WiFi , cheese , and crackers !
United has A LOT to learn from other Star Alliance Members (e.g. Lufthansa, Singapore and even TAP) that have much better accommodations and service that make you really feel welcome. Unlike here!
Very nice and quiet . We had a guest pass. Really enjoyed the "delay"!
Well drinks are free, but you should tip the bartender .
Use Zamp to discover and connect with others here and track your flights! (www.zamp.co)
Beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages served here. You cannot order any vodka , gin , scotch , tequila , or other hard alcohol , unlike virtually all other United Clubs. This is unacceptable.
Much better since the merger with Continental. At least some drinks are free! Free wi-fi. Finally!!
Biggest united club. Lots of space to get work done. Very spicy Bloody Mary .
The bar tenders here are top notch and very attentive. Awesome spicy Bloody Mary
The complimentary "local favorite" beer is Goose Island Honker 's Ale , just like at the United Club in T2.
Craft beer (goose island ) is not complimentary . And I can't buy it now because the credit card machine is down (no cash payment?).
JB is a super funny bartender . Stop by to see him when at O'hare.
The club in C Concourse has ample seating and good service .
If you want quiet , the business lounge in the back with the cubicles is quite nice. Quiet zone by the entrance often not quiet .
The bottles on the middle shelf are almost always free. Bud light is usually the free beer . House reds and whites are also complimentary .
Looking for outlets? There's always open desks (each has 2 plugs) in the business area.
carrot sticks and pepper cheese . no hot meals offered. back to the 90s charm. no comparison to lufthansa.
if you like..Blue Moon is now served, complimentary
Lounge is not impressive. However the opportunity to take a shower after 30 hours of travel is very much appreciated. Service is also very attentive.
Nice showers hidden in the back...just ask at the reception
Seriously people - if you are in the biz center, don't carry on a long and loud phone conversation. We are trying to work!
Free cocktails , beer , wine . Most members get a guest or two in free. Make a friend at the door to get in.
United Club no longer scans your boarding pass to verify your club membership. Bring your membership card with you.
Drinks are free, wifi is free and hospitality is free. The United Club at the B terminal is better.
The United clubs have open wi-fi now so no more need for passwords for members or guests
Nice lounge but always crowded with limited places to sit.
I completely agree with Halle. These jokers working the door had no idea that Star Alliance Gold members were allowed in. I had to show them the rule on their website.
This now ranks as one of the oldest, most ratty red rugs in the US.
No more wi-fi cards requires. It's now unlocked (and faster than the Hilton's wi-fi).
Quiet , but really bad coffee and someone thought cream of rice is better than oatmeal
You can use your mobile eboarding pass for entry. No more digging through your wallet for the card!
For some reason you develop a craving sensation for caramel popcorn . Be hungry.
The house wines are great and free! If you're here in the evening say hello to Hugo at the bar .
Wifi is now accessible for guests and members without the need for a password or member number
The foodhere is kind of lame, but it's free and there are free drinks :)
Blue Moon cost me $3. After 6 grand for a ticket this is a con.
Easiest WiFi setup of any airport club. Don't even have to click thru a terms acceptance
Corned beef on rye is terrific here. Don't forget to get the pickle too. - Ann Thompson
Green tea latte - BUT try sugar free vanilla syrup instead of the classic!! So good. - Brian F
