FUEL Charleston

One of few places to eat in the area. Glad they were there and open. Monday night football with a shrimp salad . Everything was crisp and fresh. Really nice service. Eat inside or outside back garden .

Good food and our service was good. We sat inside at tables. Want to try the patio area next time. Many yummyful things on the menu!

Guy was here; look for his signature stencil on the right hand wall when you enter. The queso is a meal in itself, including rolled tortillas for dipping .

Had the fish and pork tacos and hands down the combo of the pork and the slaw win by a land slide.

The Chorizo burger is the best. Love the outside deck with the art deco fountain . Staff waits for you to engage them. They treat you like family.

Back patio becomes a madhouse when the weather is nice. Also, the "Fuel Lager "? Actually Miller High Life.

Great food... Huge portion as far as tacos go. Make sure you are hungry and go to fuel.

Converted gas station . Great Cuban/Caribbean themed food. Try the sweet corn bisque!

Love this place, great atmosphere and great food... service lacks in the personality department though, but whatever, ill keep coming back!

Fuel lager is High Life draft . Hocakes were dry and starchy don't be fooled by the food network stamp. Good service waitress was super sweet.

Shrimp and Grits are tasty. So are the plantains .

Absolutely terrible service. We sat here for 20 minutes and nobody came to take our drink order so we left and went to Hominy Grill. I've eaten here before and loved it. I was quite disappointed.

Order the guava Mojito . Yum!
