The Geek Squad is the way to go when an external hard drive fails. Data recovery still costs hundreds of dollars but they take great care of the customer along the way.

Kind of a smaller location but fine. Check out girl was friendly and helpful. I knew more than the guys on the floor about the products.

Their DVD selection is dwindling while their prices continue to soar.

Don't purchase a new phone with this company! You will sign up for new contract and they won't even tell you. Go to the real deal sprint verizon etc....

Always as for "open box items" and negotiate. That's if you can find a Best Buy employee to help you!

This is a BestBuy with a really terrible staff . They are not courteous and leave much to be desired in their knowledge of the items sold. Go to a different BestBuy for a better experience and less tax

I f you're going to Return something.. please bring an I.D. don't ask why, its just required.

Get new movies before each Sunday before the price goes up
