This is where I come to get all my apple products. Such a good company and location! People are super nice and helpful. I will continue to come here.

If you use the Apple Store app on your iOS device to check into your Genius Bar appointment , you still have to speak with the person holding the iPad in the back of the room to fully check in.

As long as you've got an appt they're great and efficient. Rarely late. Also, they'll always let you charge your phone too :-)

Great Customer Service, went in scared about the cost of repairs for my laptop and what the wait would be and came out with more than I expected for less than expected as well !

Make sure to make a appointment online BEFORE asking for help from the Geniuses @ the Genius bar .

The people at the Genius Bar are inconsistent. Some are great and helpful, some are jerks. Make sure you know your stuff and have proof because they can be pretty hard to deal with.

Always super busy, but worth the wait. The Apple Geniuses are super helpful!

If you have ANYthing that requires critical thinking DO NOT see Bob, he'll ask you to restart & shrug his shoulders. After waiting 2 hours w/ an appt & 5 people, Tara fixed it in 3 minutes. Moron Bar .

I've been to my share of apple stores and these guys are by far the best!

Standard apple fare. Hard to find the store.

They pretty much just want to replace your phone with a new one for $199(plus tax) "it would be a waste of our time to try to fix it" they said to me. I dropped my phone in the toilet and still works
