Great place, great grub. The hot chicken has really good flavor, though their hottest ("Poultrygeist ") I wouldn't consider to be a truly HOT by Nashville hot chicken standards.

Great atmosphere during the lunch hour. The hot chicken cheddar was awesome and so filling. I recommend going for the medium heat, an enjoyable nashville hot chicken sandwich !!!

Be poultryguist heat level has the best flavor of all the joints in town . It's Habanero dust in the batter. Awesome. Makes you sweat and hiccup. Not salty like some of other popular places in town .

So I tried these infamous grit cakes and honestly I wasn't too impressed. However the sauce was totally awesome! BUT I loved the concept and enhanced the recipe at home!

Hot chicken is so good. Crispy fried skin with juicy meat. I got medium heat and wish I went hotter. Mac n cheese and biscuits are the best sides.

The loaded hot chicken biscuit for brunch is by far one of the best foods I've had in a while. Get it with over medium eggs . A MUST get.

The medium is not to spicy and the house made ranch is perfect.

The hot chicken tenderloins are good but really quite hot. Maybe aim for medium to enjoy the taste more.

30 minute wait with 7 or 8 empty tables, I counted, another 30 to order. Wait again. Plate hot food not. They had to make tea . Floors slick be careful. KFC is just as good. Oh yeah no parking .
