What I like most at the hotel is their meeting rooms very convenient for training with day light. Also besides the valet parking , you may go for self parking if you wish.

Good hotel and lives up to the Fairmont reputation, however it's age is starting to show and with so many new hotels on Sheikh Zayed Rd it's not "the" hotel anymore.

They've got a nice spa with pre-treatment facilities, even if it's quite small.

The spa team are most friendly and professional. Most helpful and accommodating.

Brunch is great. Lots of different varieties of food also a brilliant array of desserts and cheese ! You'll leave very full!!

It's not a suitable hotel for families, especially those with children. At late night hours you will definitely come across annoying loud drunk ppl acting weird or funny in the lobby or corridors.

Dining in the dark concept may be the silliest thing in the history of the hotel . Why did you invest in this? How many customers did you get by this? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very bad experience. Shame to find a hotel with rude Staff and security. As an employee in the office tower, I would expect a loyalty scheme but instead I will take my morning coffee elsewhere...
