This hotel is very stylish ! The rooms will have a window wall on the bathroom . The view is great and it’s very comfy . The lobby will have live music on thursdays. Great option in Polanco!

Typically trendy W. Staff is super helpful and speak English well . Lobby bar lounge music is incredibly loud house music , but the drinks are good and the crowd is young.

Cool rooms and a good breakfast (brunch on Sundays!) with lots of Weekend events and fun

There’s a taco shack that sets up outside of the hotel at night. Some of the best tacos I’ve had in CDMX. Get some after a night out.

1- get a room as high as possible as the bottom floors pick up the lobby music . 2- breakfast is good (try the huevos divorciados) but tends to be cold. 3- Every single staff member is super friendly .

W Hotel is good, but the elevators arr taking too long. Once I spent 7 min to get it. I know they are remodelating it but it is annoying.

Below average business hotel . The rooms have no windows (!), depressing. Very low ceilings too. Cheap construction materials, could hear every single person walking past my door. It’s a no.
