Hyatt Regency Mexico City

I lived for several months at the Hyatt and all I can say is that it's a marvellous hotel . Amazing experience, excellent services. Rooms may be a little tiny for a long stay, but good for a week stay.

Spacious rooms , Good quality breakfast and the staff is really nice. They're a little slow at the counter and a line can accumulate sometimes. Take spare time for check-out.

If you are ordering a main course tom salad-Order two!! Portion sizes are very mean especially considering you're in Mexico, bordering America! Lol. Oh and the prices of course! Had to ask for bread !

Staying at Hyatt is a MUST to meet the BEST of their crew: ask for Moises Quintanar (bellman) in the lobby. He will share the best secrets of Mexico city with u. He speaks 5+ languages. He is the guy!

One of the best Gym / Spa 's you will find in a hotel outside of Asia. Beautiful lobby and very well designed rooms. Located next to the restaurants on Parque Lincoln and shopping on Masaryk.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean , great location & staff are friendly ! Mario in the 40th floor lounge was spectacular!! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was first class !!!!

Very nice rooms overlooking Bosque Chapultepec on one side of the building. The Amado coffee and bakery shop in the lobby is great.

Good busy lobby with lots going on. Really vibrant without being loud . Love you the idea you have 3 restaurants fully open. Very social

Here is the one of the best hotel in mexico city. Nice place, nice food and kindness.

The best Manager ever : Don Jose Melendez ...a grand moment Manager... try the Shabu ..the Tempura soba .....

All lights at the room are incandescent, not eco-friendly

El brunch es delicioso! (1-5pm) Niños -12 no pagan y pueden hacer su propia pizza . Hay cortes, mariscos , postres , ensaladas , quesos . Hay 2 precios el básico y con möet. Quede enamorada y gorda :)

Vale la pena hacer el upgrade de habitación , la ubicación en pisos superiores te da una hermosa vista hacia Chapultepec o Polanco. Adicional los servicios del Regency Club son muy buenos !!

Muy lindo hotel , habitaciones ok, Cama súper cómodo las almohadas no mucho, máquina café , agua complementaria. El gimnasio es estupendo💪🏻❤️ súper completo. Ideal for gym freaks. El area increíble

Ambiente para café da manhã ficou excelente depois da reforma. Ótimo atendimento, opções refinadas e leves, embora tenha opções para várias preferências de paladar para cozinha latina (MX, Peru e AR)

Es un Hotel totalmente remodelado, donde lograron una atmósfera cosmopolita , excelente para reuniones de negocios , una cena tranquila o simplemente un punto de fuga para disfrutar de un par de tragos.

El bufete de desayuno muy recomendable; cereales , frutas , carnes frías , pan dulce muy sabroso y el bufete del plato fuerte muy rico. La pastelería muy recomendable, los pasteles son caros pero ricos.

Es un hotel de primer nivel, las habitaciones espaciosas y modernas , el desayuno bufete de lo mejor lastima que no dan a capacidad los meseros y eso hace un poco incomodo el desayuno

Tal vez muchos no lo saben, pero hay un piano bar escondido en el primer piso del hotel ... Vale la pena para una charla de negocios, de amigos o de enamorados. Las 3 he disfrutado muy a gusto.

Me dieron habitación en piso 35 super enamorado de la vista. Habitaciones modernas , cómodas. La alberca y el gym que es 24 HRS excelente de primer nivel.

Me encantó la buena atención de su personal . Su restaurante es idéntico en cuanto a las lámparas al New York Bar en Tokio Japón.

Su área de fitness es sin duda un highlight, con piscina temperada, techada y lo suficientemente grande para ejercitarse a sus anchas. El diseño de interiores de habitaciones y lobby es de destacar.

El buffette es excelente opción para desayunar , la panadería y barra de quesos y carnes frías es muy buena, la atención y ambiente de muy buen gusto.

La ubicación es la mejor en Polanco, excelente hotel aunque las camas no son tan cómodas pero las vistas hacia Chapultepec son increíbles! El elevador es algo lento.

Excelente en todo. Mil veces mejor que Presidente intercontinental que está al lado. La atención es esmerada y cuidadosa. Fin de en D.F? Pasa aquí la noche.

Hotelazo! Buenas vistas, lobby inmenso. Variedad de restaurantes gran atención. Solo un punto oscuro, renovar los baños , son un poco 1990

Excelente sitio, yo fui a un foro de pesca , las instalaciones muy bien y la atención de primera durante todo el evento 👌
