I've ordered their products (mostly fur) online before, but it's neat to buy in person to see exactly what your fur batch looks like. Great friendly staff and sooo much neat stuff to drool over!

Id rather travel outside the city for my craft needs then set foot back in this store. Terrible customer service and way too pricey . Another mom and pop shop that should be put out of business.
I didn't even know that hipster snobs worked at craft stores until now. Customer service was embarrassing. Everything is also WAY over priced so be aware.
