I was struggling with the Russian name and the English name is Mansarda. Beautiful view , delicious food at reasonable price. Risotto in cuttlefish ink is so yummy, the borscht soup is nice too

The best place to go with visitors to the city . The view is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Must try the specialty teas and the deserts :)

The beef stroganoff is light and delicious. Best for a sunny day to take advantage of the roof top terrace and the a good view of St Issac's.
