One of my favorites. Awesome atmosphere! Got the time released sirloin and they treated it like a newborn baby. If you can sit right in front of the kitchen line , it's a pretty cool experience.

One of the best resturants in the world. Sit at bar and watch the chefs . I think everything is good. Heirloom tomato salad .

Bring your taste buds b/c the food is so flavorful and you don’t want to miss out on all the well crafted dishes that they create. Everything is fantastic, but remember, small portions.

Bread service great. Take a seat at the bar . Friendly informative service. Cold dishes really good. Some of the dishes lack balance but overall very good and creative.

The summer ramen is amazing! I came back here two days later to have it again. Beet salad is refreshing and delicious. Glass slipper drink is super yummy or get a perfect storm in a copper mug.

Small plates modern cuisine . Don’t over order, small plates are heartier than expected, order as you go. Lobster fritters , beet salads were stand outs. Great staff !

The stand out for me was the beef salad . Tender thin slices in a spicy sour dressing with crunchy peanuts , crispy garlic , pickled onions , and fresh cilantro . I could eat this all day.

Some of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. This place is amazing. The bone marrow toast and fish sandwich were my two favorites.

Just WOW! Everything we tried, and we tried a lot of plates, was delicious. If you need to pick just one, get the cantaloupe and fig or the spaghetti with nori . You're welcome!

Every “snack ” we tried at the downstairs bar was incredibly good. Crispy fried pork , tuna crudo , spicy beef salad and bone marrow toast . Get them all.

Central Provisions doesn't take reservations , so if you're waiting for a table, go out the door by the downstairs bar and head across the street for a glass of wine and some oysters at Vignola.

Unbelievably creative dishes served family style and as soon as they are ready. Put your name in at 530 and they'll text you by 7. Head for a drink nearby to wait

3 small plates per person will be just right. Great to try new exciting flavors. Lobster corn fritters and fois gras are recommended!

Four Gras for sure, I felt the Head chef’s taste is leaning towards the salty side. I’m lucky to be seated in front of him and get to see him in action. His pinches of salt is heavy.

Bone marrow toast , sirloin au poivre, great cocktails , and an open kitchen make for a fun and delicious experience.

You literally can’t go wrong. The seared foie gras was the best I’ve ever had, but every single dish was perfect.

Get the fried cauliflower and the tartar salad . Everything is good here, you can't go wrong. Totally worth the wait.

Excellent date place . Order the caviar service with champagne for a real treat. They use a proper caviar spoon.

food is unreal. drinks are tasty. vibe is chill . service is great. expensive and usually a wait, but worth it.

Don't pass up the Roasted cauliflower , Bread & butter (seasonal butter! Had basil . Was amazing),or suckling pig !

Go for the spicy beef salad , the bread coarse and whatever tuna they recommend that day.

Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Bluefin Toro Tartare , Cured Foie Gras and Suckling Pig were favorites.

"Bread and Butter" is a must get. Farm butter with a whipped egg . Classic cocktails are the staple. Makers Mark Manhattan was excellent.

I was so excited about this cornbread skillet that I inhaled it before realizing that I should take a picture. Also included is the daiquiri ; doesn't look like a daiquiri , right?

Want a lobe of foie gras ? They have it! And it was amazing.
