Beautiful pool for swimming laps and soaking in different temperature baths. Heated floors in bathroom were a nice touch, hairdryers to use. Amazing waterslide - yeeewwww!

Don't forget the steam bath at the left hand side outside. No need to bring coins for the lockers. Be prepared: Icelanders take their shower naked in front of everyone, so when in Rome...

Completely dry off before exiting the shower area. Otherwise you'll be chased down by the attendant and he'll take you back to the wet area and show you the sign you passed/disregarded.

Excellent local choice for swimming and hot tubbing . It's not a Blue Lagoon spa , but it's cheapish and the outdoor hot pools are great.

Amazing waterslide . Heated pools at various temperatures, including a cold water plunge. Definitely worth a visit. Just be sure to shower properly!

Great place to go if you get in early. Open at 6:30am. Not as pretty as blue lagoon but you don’t feel like you’re in some dirty greasy European bath. Locals come here before work and are friendly .

Hot pods line the lap pools , plus a salt water hot tub and a sauna . Could spend a whole afternoon here - in fact I just did!

If you dip into the 5C-8C tub in winter, brace yourself. You can do it though. Breath slowly and wait half a minute. It gets meditative eventually.

Great poolarea wirth many hotpots between 38 and 44℃. So it's great to be outside - even in cold winter days.

A long soak in the seawater tub, a blast in to 40 degree jacuzzi , and a skyr from the front desk when you're done. Bliss.

Take a dip with the locals. Be warned you really have to strip naked and scrub down before entering. Actual spa feels more like an apocalyptic Olympic pool / rec center than a spa .
