Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road)

So much is good about here: cheap , amazing location, clean , comfortable , great food, choice of drinks (Costa , bar , restaurant ) and very friendly employees. 10/10

The place is incredibly cosy and comfortable , the reception staff are incredible friendly . The rooms are so tidy and well kept, which is very good for money. The facilities downstairs are also amazing

It is what it is: a hotel near the airport . This place gets very busy with the cruise ship staff . It's a nice bed to sleep in for the price. No power outlets in rooms. And decent wifi for a price.

Cheerful and friendly check-in staff , followed sadly by woeful service at Costa . Rooms are clean and comfy , as one would expect from Premier Inn .

Always stay here as reliable. NB the Premier Inn offer re a good nights sleep, but never a prob here. Gets busy but not generally a problem although I would not eat here...better choice at airport .

Great service as ever with Premier Inn . Rained last night and noise of running water above ceiling woke me at 4 am. Love the self-check in facility here.

It's a perfectly comfortable Premier Inn that's extremely convenient for airport parking . Bland, but, as I said, comfortable (and reasonably priced).

Walk up to the next bus stop and get the 111 & 105 for free. Saves paying £2 right outside

You get what you pay for. Ground floor rooms are dated, no power next to bed, tiny TV , creaky floors everytime someone is walking above. Maybe you’ll be luckier… ????

Try and get a room over looking the central lobby they add a nice atmosphere. To the room.

The breakfast is ok (lots of variety, not bad) but skip dinner buffet if you have another choice.

Kids eat free at Thyme restaurant 5-7 with an adult.

Hotel Hoppa picks up for airport transfers at rear entrance. £4.50 single to T4&5. Separate service runs for T1-3. Run about every 20-30 mins.

The WiFi is a bit Itsy Bitsy, not sure if it's just bad or they just want you to pay for the upgrade.

Sound proofed rooms mean you get a good night sleep

Food is frightening even for England def take the tube/bus/taxi to a neighboring town and get something that isnt frozen, thawed, and microwaved to order.

Park on the double yellow lines at the front for FREE. Don't know if that's wise overnight tho. It's fine for a passing visit to the bar or Costa .

I understand that the hotel is busy with numerous cancelled flights, however initially I was allocated a room which came complete with an occupant... The staff seem unprofessional

Arrived at 2AM, parking was scarce. Bar was closed. Otherwise all as expected.

The Hoppa bus here is awful and takes forever. Hotel itself is basic but pleasant.

Bus 105 or 111 takes you to heathrow for £2

Crap service- waited 4 hours for a cot to be put in our room even though booked one in advance. Food is average but what do you expect for budget hotels ?!

Food isn't great but ok at the Thyme restaurant . Service is sloooow.

Parking is now pay and display and it's a nightmare trying to get a space, if you have a plane bring that and leave it on the run way but you will have to jump the fence too get to the hotel !
