Like its sister pub , the Lord Clifden, the food is generous and top notch. There's always two or three great real ales on and the cosy lounge can trap you there for hours.
Good food, very generous portions . Bar downstairs and there’s a restaurant upstairs with a beer garden .
Cider slushies and calm regulars make this the quieter option to its sister pub .
