The bison burger is good, but the real key is special sauce . If you create a custom burger definitely add it on. It's a mix of ketchup , mayo and spices. So good!

Blue Elk Burger was a tasty change from traditional beef . Crispy Brussels Sprouts were delicious. Excellent service . Great beer selection and cocktail menu . Sit upstairs on warm nights, it's cooler!

The staff was so patient and helpful. We had a table full of people with allergies and special request. I truly appreciate the book of ingredients.

Juicy burger with fresh meat . But I didn’t like the chicken in the appetizers menu. It was too greasy and it didn’t taste good. Also a little overpriced. I think 7-7.5 is fair .
