Cajun Yard Dog

Today was my first time there. I ordered the 1/2 fried chicken w/ smashed potatoes and smothered cabbage . Everything was delicious. I had the bread pudding for dessert and it was outstanding!

Everything is amazing!! Love the catfish bites, salmon , mahi , friend chicken and even the shark!! I have never had anything bad!'

The fried chicken is pretty delicious. A little salty for me but still pretty good. The Mac and cheese was eh. All around it was a pretty good meal! Definitely want to try other options on the menu

Everything is good @ CYD, including service. The chx cordon blue special is unbelievable. The prices a great for what you get. This is a go to restaurant for us.

Food and service was excellent. Got the jalapeño devil eggs , oyster po'boy, mac and cheese and bread pudding . Each was delicious. Will definitely come back.

You'll have to take whatever table is available because its always packed! Everything on the menu is fantastic. I wish they had a "Choose 2, 3, 4 or 5" on appetizers & desserts :)

Everything from gumbo to catfish to crab cakes plus they have one of my favorite beers on tap Red Oak.

Love love love CYD. Try the Cordon blue special (not diet food). Unbelievable. Also, catering is phenomenal.
