This is my second fav tsukemen noodle shop in Hk now. great service with free hair ties provided. Noodle was thick and al dente , great soup base not as strong as shugetsu, but the meat is more tender.
Top authentic ramen in Hong Kong; the soup base was adequately flavourful. Would love to try their 沾麵 next time
Tsukemen served morning. Soup ramen served night. Nice little find in corner of Mongkok. Very interesting decor. Big portions . Huge pork slices served by default.
Staff were friendly and attentive(providing hair bands and foot rest), tsukemen tasted especially good with lemon squeeze, chashu were nicely roasted
Ramen is fantastic! Limited English menu and word to the wise: you don't need to order extra pork ! It comes with plenty!
Generous with noodles (very). I tried the pork and shrimp . Solid, but not complex or amassing. I wouldn’t wait in line for it.
went for the regular ramen - the broth so good it was something i could have eaten plain as just a soup . left very full and happy!
Good service , serving portion are good, even for a hungry adult. Marinated eggs are very delicious, must try.

Still the best in town. Their portion are twice as big as normal size, you can choose an additional side for having half-sized noodles during lunch - Brian Yu
