東京の文京区・目黒区にある「山手ラーメン 」で修行した方が開いたつけ麺 専門店。基本メニューは白$78、黒$88、赤$98の3種類。追加メニューもありますが、チャーシュー や味玉や海苔 などは最初から入っています。白は魚粉 が効いたスープ 、黒はゴマ とニンニク が効いたスープ でした。口の臭いが大変なことになるので、黒を食べる時は注意。どんぶりは山手の名前入り。もちろん同じものです。

創辦人在日本東京的「山手拉麵」工作修道後，在香港獨立開這個「沾麵」專門店。所以這店使用的碗子上都有「山手」的名字。
