If you want a lounge chair by the pool or beach , go EARLY! Even though you're not supposed to "reserve " chairs, you'll never get one unless you scoop it early!

The Mexican diner serves fruit smoothies during the day. Goto the bar and check the drinks menu out. The Waikiki is nice!

They could do something about the beer here. Well , for an all inclusive maybe that's the limit but I've seen better in many other places. Stick with tequila cocktails ...

getting in into the italian restaurant is not that easy

El hotel es hermoso, con grandes áreas verdes, excelentes shows , la coctelería es genial, la comida exquisita, el servicio es muy bueno, una gran experiencia!

Excelente hotel , el personal muy amable , la comida muy variada y exquisita. En todo momento se ven coatíes, iguanas, mapaches, etc. Hermosísimo! ????

Sin duda deberían señalar claramente que es un hotel para mayores de 18 años. Viajamos desde otro país , reservamos con MUCHA anticipación indicando las edades y al llegar nos echaron por ir con 2niños

Todos son muy amables, los shows nocturnos de lo mejor, sólo que falta más comida mexicana ( me canse de las hamburguesas y los omelets !)

Le doy 3.5 de 5, el shampoo es el PEOR que he usado en mi vida, el servicio de regular a malo :/, la playa ... Muchas rocas, y el agua turbia. Yo no regresaría.

Restos de comida por todo el edificio Privilege, pesimo servicio del Guest Service.
