Nice enough, but a bit cram em in and pile it high! Staff really attentive & friendly , but it took half an hour to check in! Looking forward to moving on to the five stat resort - NO KIDS - tomorrow.

Te hacen sentir mega super especial, la atencion, servicio, habitaciones , playa , alberca , casi no se antoja salir de tanto que hay que hacer, uuf sus cenotes super padres, muchos puntos buenos!!!

Excelente hotel , con muchas actividades muy padres. Lo único malo es la playa , está horrible!

Me encanta todo, servicio, amabilidad comida y la atención. Si vienes all inclusive solo levanta la mano y pide y pide y pide... La langosta estuvo deliciosa

Increíble hotel nos gusto mucho muy tranquilo en temporada baja, en especial el el@lugar donde se junta el río con el mar muy muy bonito

El personal que nos atendió en el tour de kayac es muy impaciente, no es empático con las personas, tiene mucha prisa, los dos jóvenes prácticamente van “arreando” a los visitantes.

Una de mis bebidas favoritas la margarita "alebrije" deliciosa, pídela en el Hacienda Grill.

La mezcla entre lo natural y el lujo, el parque natural es hermoso y l atención de la gente es muy cálida

Muy buen hotel , grandes albercas , cenotes y ríos . Todo el personal muy amable y servicial.

Pocas opciones de comida a la carta. Definitivamente ese es su punto a mejorar. Solo lo salva el servicio a cuarto las 24hrs. Las experiencias en tour son agradables, prueba el sense tour .

La comida, el concepto, el hotel , sino fuera por los moscos cerca del río sería perfecto

No dejes de hacer el tour en kayac , el recorrido por el rió es hermoso.

Bonito pero le falta tener más actividades, tour sense , cenotes y kayac , buenos pero no súper. La comida deja que desear, el personal ... varios con malas caras .

Un hotel muy bonito, lamentablemente deja aun mucho que desear, la calidad y variedad de comida, los jugos no eran naturales, casi me corren de una alberca . Buena experiencia pero me quedo con Royal.

Excelente hotel , es servicio es de lo mejor, solo le falta un poco mas de cuidado en la limpieza de los cuartos

No es posible que teniendo un camino de kms del lobby a la puerta del hotel , no tengan transportación para los huéspedes. Por esto este hotel es de los más malitos. Fuchi
