Very nice staff - from doorman to front desk! Ask for an area map at the front desk for touristy locations. Close to Faneuil Hall & waterfront

HotWired it. None of the criticisms below applied (I was in 1105 in 6/14: quiet , cheerful staff , comfy bed , nice bathtub, terrific location (walking distance to Faneuil Hall, 2 miles from airport ).

Was back in town again this year for #PAXEast ... Great place to stay without the feeling of it being "too crowded ". Decent rates, nice rooms , and friendly staff . 8/10 :)

Staying here for 4 nights. No issues to report. Got an umbrella from the concierge easily and all staff were friendly . Would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Booked the Presidential Suite 8 months in advance. 5 months after booking & 3 months prior to arrival Hotel called to tell us that no such room has ever existed. Still can book on website though,

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and clean with great bathrooms . As a bonus all the staff are really nice - love it!

For a cheaper breakfast Broad Street Cafe across the road does a great breakfast bagel

Robert greeted us as we drove up and never forgot who we were each and every time we entered and exited! Made us feel like VIP's!

Very friendly and efficient staff . Rooms are fine, but seriously need sound proofing! Cleaning staff slammed doors for almost an hour every morning and I felt like I was sharing space with a stranger

Expensive accommodations but you couldn’t beat the location and hospitality . Very central to downtown, TD gardens and many attractions .

A little noisy but really friendly staff . Very convenient location if you are traveling to the financial district

Great staff (ESP Alex and Floyd!) had a great time, rooms were spacious and clean ! Will definitely come here again!!

I have stayed here many times and recently they changed their full hot breakfast to a cold one for diamond and gold members. I am going to try another Hilton property next time around.

New fitness center opened in January,recently completed room carpet,New toilets ,safes and refrigerators in every room.

Try to get a room ending in 16 or 17 for a great view of the bay .

No executive lounge , the gym is kind of beat, and the perks for being HHonors Diamond are basically nonexistent.

Centrally located and just a 5-10 minute walk to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market .

Nice front desk staff , but pass on the breakfast . One overworked waitress for a large buffet , subpar food, was charged $20 for a coffee and and orange + surly omelette cook = walk down the block.

Great location close to pubs

In town for #PAX East and was one of the last remaining places to stay. Not too bad if you're not planning on being in the room much. Certainly not a dump but not a "destination" hotel either.

Nice rooms . Wish they had a bigger gift shop .

Better off going to Quincy Market for breakfast or one of the many nicer places nearby.

They provided me with Hilton brand dog bowls for my pooch - delivered to my room!

Great gym for core workouts

Also the _16 suites are nicer than the _25 suites.

My room had a flat screen and none of the issues others report. Close to things I needed and spotlessly clean .

Hope you like coffee . I know its the Boston Tea Party but this place seems to have forgotten what tea is. None in the guest rooms I have stayed in.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Nice room , good experience.

If you get here late at night, prepare to wait. The front desk attendants are nowhere to be found. Took them 15 minutes to show up after ringing the bell.

There is no executive lounge here, and the free continental breakfast for being gold is minimal.

Good location, but rooms are old and in need of a face lift...the mattress is way too soft and we woke up with a backache!

I was wearing my Phillies shirt--the bell captain said that was totally acceptable--anything but a Yankees shirt is ok!

This hotel is not children family. One high chair in restaurant !!! Woke my kids up from nap with late deliveries! Charges extra for room with two beds? Only bright spot close to aquarium/Quincy mkt.

Go to Bond at the Lagham for drinks because they are the same price with a better atmosphere.
