The rooms are alright, but the location is perfect. You can walk just about anywhere! And the staff is super friendly and helpful. Heads up, the elevator is ancient.

B&B-esque. Friendly enough staff , great location and reasonably priced. No extra amenities and breakfast is just ok, but the rooms are all you need if you'll be on business or exploring town .

Room 300 is lovely - tucked away from State Street and with 2 queen beds, it's good sized. Bathroom is huge.

Continental breakfast is fine. But coffee is much better at Starbucks or French Press , a local house which is just 1/2 mile away on State Street.

Great location, mediocre rooms and an ancient elevator that you might find either charming or annoying depending on your disposition.

You're paying for location. The rooms are small and musty, accommodations reminiscent of a European hostel .
