I like the fact that chef still balances dish with kang kong (water spinach ), in addition to taugeh (bean sprouts ). Not many prawn noodle stalls do this anymore
Overall clean taste and well-simmered soup base. For $3, it's served with 2 sizeable prawns & slices of lean pork
His sign "Extra charge for additional stuff" made me smile. I wonder who did the English translation for the stall. Hehe!
