The pancakes have a diameter of 4.5 in. They have a basic flavor and a metallic undertaste — the hallmarks of Aunt Jemima mix. Coffee and service are good. Plenty of space and outlets for computers.
Large menu with better than diner food at diner prices. But the best part is the clientele- fun mix of construction workers, bankers and tribeca moms :D
Good for coffee and quick lunch . Nice service, quickly and comfortable
This should be one of your go-to places for lunch – try the Pear Salad , a Meatball Parm Sub or a create your own Panini . It’s busy during lunch , so don’t expect five-star service.
Make sure to get a lunch card from them if you eat here often. Buy 10 (panini , wraps or salads ) get the 1 free.
I loved the fresh juices ...made to order
If you like soup , they've got some pretty good ones to keep you warm on really cold days.
Make your own smoothie . My favorite is OJ base with strawberries , mango and peach . Add Vitamin C for hangover curing .
Open 24 hours . Not many late night spots around here. This one's nice
$13+ for a salad or Panini , give me a break! The soups are alright but the prices are awful. This is not a restaurant , it's expensive casual dining with mildly better option than a fast food joint.
Largest iced coffee in downtown ny anddddd available 24 hours
Love the W1 wrap [vegan/vegetarian]! Yum yum????
The Sei panini is excellent
Love their chicken pesto ( P5 ) my regular
Ask for a lunch card if you are a regular.
best build your own salad in the area
Loved my wrap with rose beef !
Decent fare for what it is. Look at it as an expensive diner that's open 24/7. Not bad, but nothing you can't get for cheaper somewhere else.
Number 18 panini for sure.
The Focaccia bread is great! Especially when toasted with mozarella , pesto and prosciutto :) yum!
Great tofu stir-fry.
The Otto (P8) is the top panini across the board! Thank me later.

The cinque panini is delicious.
Bringing you the best of cheesy 90s house
The food was pretty good, but the staff was inattentive and careless.
Convenient sandwiches , wraps , soups , and salads
Best rice pudding !
Mid-work dinners ..
Great sandwiches and salads !
Multi grain pancakes !
Portions were rather small
They play sassy music here. Like it.
Tredici & Latte
Best chicken parm sandwich
This food I just got is disgusting...worst place in TriBeCa. Go to Peace and Love across the street instead (better prices and better food).
P5 all day
Awesome paninis
Terrible service and food
This place made me the worse cappuccino EVER! Horrible service! Never again!
