Parking prob. Good service . Peaceful and beautiful place esp when u eat at upstairs.

Favourite fast food place in kl. Service is efficient, polite and professional. They were honest and notified me when I over order. The view is good, the upstairs seating is very peaceful .

Ah finally, a substitute to the McCrap. Parking and exiting a slight challenge due to tricky junctions and busy road

service very slow take about 20 minutes from the time you order. but it. nice place to chill and just watch the traffic at 1st floor jalan cheras pass by. free wifi .

Parking can be a problem here. Just try to park at the back near a house if cannot find a spot

Very odd layout. Should move the sauce bar elsewhere to have space to get around for the queuing station.

My mom ordered extra fries but the quantity is still the same as the normal fries !

I had better burgers at other branches . Feels that their quality is not consistent amongst other branches . Don't have that juicy flame grill experience from my Whopper.

The food quality was not up to standard from what I had last time on the other branches . The French chicken burger was too dry and not warm enough. The fries were too soggy and cold.

Very limited sitting capacity upstairs hence the ample floor space.

Service do slow. There's a Drive-thru but no one manning the counter. Literally drive-thru & round the building to place your order
