One of the Must-visit place where can enjoy unlimited japanese tea/coffee and finger food selections with only 5,000 JPY ++ per person in a cozy atmosphere with Tokyo metropolitan view .

It's my old favourite so much better than New York grill bar which is so smoky. The peak bar is more for locals and NY grill is for tourist .

Incredible views at sunset . The prices are expensive but that’s to be expected. The atmosphere inside could be a little bit more upbeat though.

Come up for the afternoon tea or just a coffee . Enjoy the amazing view outside. It will remind you of the scene from the movie 'Lost in Translation'.

Unlimited drinks and a pre fixe 3 course meal, 6500 JPY. Panna cotta dessert will call your name in all future dreams.

Look up details on the twilight special, all you can drink and eat for less than $40usd. Usually from 5-9pm

It's not cheap but the views are nice. Especially those you see when getting out of the elevator .

4 course lunch for ¥1800 with espresso or cappuccino .

Drinks aren't cheap and I doubt there is a happy hour but the view is spectacular

The afternoon and dessert tea sets were not that good. Service was OK. Many of the staff couldn't speak English and when they took my teapot away to put food on the table, they never gave it back.

Disappointing high tea here. The food wasn't good and the scones did not taste like a scone .

Expensive and you need to make sure they give a table facing Government building

アフタヌーンティー の前にランチは食べない方が良いです。固定のセットのほかに、ピンチョス 的なもの、デザート がそれぞれ4,5種類載ったトレイを持ったスタッフ が何度もやってきて、取り放題です。お茶やコーヒー の類も色々試せてお勧め。安く ないですが、満足感が高いと思います。

時間に余裕があるときに行くのでないと、妙にイライラする。ゆっくり過ごす場所のようだから当たり前か（笑）

アフタヌーンティー は、3900円＋サービス料10%。土日は、前日までに予約しないと席が無いかも 。

夜景 楽しみつつフリーフロー！夏季限定でシャンパン も飲み放題 🥂でした。
