Yes they take awhile. But give them a break, will you? Once they get to you, they are always patient and want to make sure you leave happy. I'd rather have that then crappy customer service in total.

Verizon Wireless has the WORST customer service ever. Just left the store by SmithHaven Mall , and the representatives were not at all helpful, and flat out rude. Avoid this location if at all possible
