The employees are knowledgeable and organized . I wouldn't recommend buying their cases though. You can get great ones from life proof or otter box.

If you're getting the iPhone 4S ask them in advance what option you have if it's one of the defective ones with static noise when making calls. Read Apple Discussion boards.

Good staff , some just need to come down from their high horses.

The staff and manager here have less than stellar customer service skills... muttering under their breath with unhappy faces and snarky comments. There were more than a few unhappy customers here.

Apple sold 3 MILLION iPad 3 (stupid Apple name is New iPad ) on launch weekend!. Make that three million and one. :-)
