Long waiting times. Better book a table and go around the corner for a drink. It is worth waiting though. Very good prices! Maccaroni and cheese burger rocks! Cheesecake is a must obviously...

Outdoor seating offers very nice view . They have heaters so don't worry about getting cold. Although, the waiting time for both inside and outside dining is way toooo looong. Don't come when starving!

cheesecakes are beautiful but although a lot of tables are emty, you have to wait minimum 20 minutes? It is a good place but it seems we are so busy and everytime we are full, it is true or marketing

One od the best places to relax and enjoy the view . Extensive menu, low-cal options as well . Great food, great cheesecakes , great views and very nice playlist. Staff is very nice, especially Samantha

I feel the menu has some new Items compared to last time I were in cheesecake factory in DC.I tried Falafel Salad ,was healthy and yummy with very medetrienean taste .I wish if it has more pita chips

Nice views of union square , they have an outside seating . Lines are pretty long so be patient. Love their shrimp pasta and California guac salad and ofc the macadamia 🧀 🍰

Takeaway cheesecake , huge portions , friendly staff . Menu shows calories per slice to help you pick - carrot cake version is double the calories of the plain vanilla - two vanilla slices please!

The place has an outstanding view from Union Square! The menu it's the same, as always. Great food. But do not expect too much from the staff , especially at tables... :(

Very good! Better than the everyday Cheesecake ! Try the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake and the Imperial Chicken and Shrimp !

cheesecakes are super tasty but so many GMO 's insinde it! There are some dangerous ingridients on it !! Like corn syrub, palm oil etc.

Would recommend the low-licious cheesecake , tastes way better than the original cheesecake . It’s less sweet, very delicious! Good vibe also.

Huge menu! Take your time to decide cause everything here is big and good! If you feel like having pasta , try CHICKEN CHIPOTLE PASTA . Macarroni with a great sauce& veggies . The Best!!

Touristy . Great view from the balcony . Food menu doesn’t lack on choices. Some areas are too dark. Cocktails are pretty tasty and of course... get cheesecakes !!

Long line but nice decor and nice food. I always order chicken and shrimp gumbo but I also tried fish and chips both were good!

Amazing !! Must try the Portobello mushroom/zucchini/avocado chips ! Guacamole was amazing but I found "medium spicyness" a little too hot. Asking for mild next time lol. Huge servings!

Don't be fooled by the name. This restaurant has a 20-page menu ranging from Sunday brunches to entrees to cheesecakes . Waiting time is usually 1-2 hours on weekends, but worth it!

There are many choises for cheesecake but dont make a mistake and dont try mango and key lime like me. I think Oreo Cheesecake is the best one.

Cheesecakes are greatt..I loved all the cheesecakes but my favorite was Oreon Cheesecake ...I waited 45 minutes for my turn..But it worth for it..

For the least amount of wait time come for lunch , come before 400p or come on Tuesdays or Wednesdays... Regardless if you come at non-peak times you still will get a wait time due to staffing

If you decide to go here for dinner during the weekend..be prepared to wait. It gets crazy crowded . Ask for terrace seating/outdoor seating...its gorgeous :)

Excellent rib-eye steak and delicious cheesecakes (we had the classic one as well as lime top)

While waiting, but a drink from the bar and go outside and people watch the people inside or look at the amazing views of Union Square from the patio location

The most difficult is to make a choice! Wanna taste everything. Took the citron meringué cheesecake with a vanilla milkshake : delicious!

Call ahead for lunchtime reservations ! Request for outdoor patio setting for the view . Get the pasta . Lunch size is huge enough.

Typhoon punch drink is good to start, red velvet cheesecake is a must. Portions are so big. Nice place, too much waiting go on Mondays.

1 hour & 15 minute wait on a Thursday night. Apparently you can just go and sit at the tables opposite the bar to jump the queue (but order a drink to make you look like your meant to be there.)

Try to ask for a table on the 8th floor terrace overlooking Union Square. The view is spectacular!

If nothing else - a slice of cheesecake and an espresso martini for 30$.

Best to sit outdoor to enjoy the view of union sq but bring warm clothes as it get chilly at night even in summer when the cold wind blows....

Try the Kobe Burger - The fresh shiitake mushrooms totally stole the show. Loved how it almost tasted like truffles !

Try the Luau Salad . I love the crispy wontons , chopped macadamia nuts and mangos , and sweet dressing . It's a huge plate too. :)

Caramel pecan cheesecake is awesome and you should try fresh lemonade :)

Our favorite dish is the Spicy Cashew Chicken & Shrimp YUM!! We also love the Oreo Cheesecake . I prefer the original one, instead of the "extreme".

come near midnight when it's cold and romantic ! the staff are so friendly . when i came to visit a friend in SF, the guy at the counter gave us a HUGE strawberry cheesecake . the view is too awesome! :)

Touristy spot but with decent food and drinks and a lovely balcony view of Union Square on a sunny day. Expect a long wait to be seated.

Crazy waiting list, but worth it! Ask the waiters for help with the menu because the menu is HUGE it can get confusing!

get the table by the front window. I live this place, the view is superb and their cheesecakes are to die for!

I can actually eat something here! The skinnylicous Asian lettuce wrap tacos and the Vietnamese tacos are super tasty!
