The mall is huge, but please visit the Cheesecake Factory in the 8th floor. The macadamia cheesecake was one of the best one I ever had.

If you're a tourist , pop by the visitor's desk on the 6th floor, show the staff your foreign identity doc (e.g. driver's license) and get a card for 10% off regular, sale and clearance items ! Woot!!

The associate team members here are actually very nice and friendly . The layout and organization of the store looks very neat. If you are nearby and in the purchase new clothes , this is it.

This is a bit of a mottley store. Very upper class brands and then overpriced brands that aren't sewn properly. Not a particularly diverse range of women's fashion. Good jewellery and food options

Love the discounts , it gets tired walking down across the street to the women's building and men's building. Should have more options in sports clothing for men.

Go to the 8th floor and head to the Macy's sign near the patio of the Cheesecake Factory - the view is amazing!

The apple store is a block away before you go there stop here go to the basement and see if they have anything on sale in the kitchen area!

Best prices in men's department for Calvin Klein, Levi's and Tommy Hilfiger. Check also the sports department.

If you are visiting go up to the 6th floor visitors counter and pick up a visitors discount card. Ten percent off of everything!

It's not the nicest store, but there's a little a bit of everything there and they have sales a lot.

If your doing a Dock pickup and gates closed go inside the office right next to the gate and ask the employees you need to go down. Dock open same hours as store!

Wheelchair or stroller? Enter on O'Farrell (no steps). Use the elevators (6 of them) next to the SPCA office . The 2 at the front are way too slow and crowded .

Best Macy's Woman on the west coast ~ on the fifth floor.

Awesome food court in the basement of woman's Macy's. Wolfgang Puck and Rick Bayless both have restaurants there.

Check out the women's bathroom on the 6th floor behind the inner elevator bank . You'll see Macys in its original art deco glory.
