Cool all-vegan spot in Chinatown. Service and atmosphere are somewhat lacking, but the food is good, of greasy. Lo mein and dumplings are my fav. Veggie "beef " is better than the "chicken " or "shrimp "

Peter Salem

A great selection of solid Chinatown cuisine, catered to be all vegan . The perfect craving filler for vegans , with dishes being a good balance between satisfying and not too greasy

Dan Jones

The lo mein and vermicelli are very good. You can get lots of veggie meat from beef to shrimp added on top. Try to get some bubble tea or vegan cake to take with you!

Vivian Bradaschia

Beat vegan food I could find in Boston! Really great! If the owners want to make their customers even happier, they could fix those stairs :)

Baris Wanschers

Spacious , great vibe, but old furniture . Great food however! I would prefer the papaya salad a bit spicier, but the rest of the food was amazing. Would definitely come back.

icelle

Try the green curry and tamarind "chicken ". Delicious and reasonably priced! The Thai iced tea boba and banana boba tasted great!

Gillespie Guereca Adair

Friendly and quick service for take away food. Really enjoyed the food and was great to have an all vegan menu . Meat eating friend enjoyed it too

Katie Tuohy

Pad See Ew is to die for. The fried wantons with spicy dipping sauce are outrageous. Best part is that it's all 100% vegan !

Katie Tuohy

The wanton soup is just okay. LOVED the pad Thai . Excellent. Filling without making you feel bloated or greasy. Perfect amount of spices.

Andrea ElAbbasy

I'm in vegan heaven! Try their unique sauce that comes with fried wontons - delicious and a beautiful wine red color!

Arjun Balaji

The best Thai iced tea in Boston. You're going to be far too full to try their cakes , but get a slice to go. Delightful.

Gosia Trynka

Must try pumpkin curry ! lemongrass beef is my all time favorite! And of course the boba tea !

Jake Smith

The different varieties of curry are all worth it to try, and the ramen is one of the best in the area.

Claudia

All the bubble tea is coconut milk based. You pick your fruit/flavor and if you want bubbles. The tea itself is like a smoothie .

Richard Laskey

Lunch specials are M-F, noon to 3pm, for $8.50. That includes a soup , tea , appetizer , and an entrée. Crazy good, crazy value

Deborah Sutliff

The Muslim Curry was fantastic. Everything everyone at the table had was great - we'll definitely be back!

Euni

basically all the Vegan meat substitutes are the bomb (beef , shrimp , chicken ), go for it all. also their bubble teas are delish

riley starship

Wonderful vegan/vegetarian food. The bubble tea might be the best I've ever had. Located upstairs!

Rebecca M

Don’t let the mildewy staircase up to the second floor stop you. Nice cafe and very flavorful food!

Haley Moriarty

a hidden gem !! their food and bubble tea tastes amazing.

Jon

Enjoyable. Nicely sized portions and tasty, not too heavy cooking style. Enjoyed the Penang curry .

The space at Thai Vegan Café is open and accomodating of large groups, and the food isn't so bad either! Inexpensive offerings make this spot a tasty must-have for vegans . Read more

Very good thai vegan food . The bird nest is good, but it's a lot of food...

Herb Adis

Best bubble tea I have ever had. Made with coconut "milk ".

Jess Kelly

Had the lo mein with every veggie meat equivalent in existence. It was delicious. And super quick.

J T

Best vegan chicken fingers I've ever had, from one of the sketchiest entrances to a vegan restaurant .

Muthu Arumugam

Mango Chicken Curry was awesome. Dumplings & Soup were great to start with. Great place for Vegans !

Dan Gruzman

Amazing tom yum and bubble teas . The tofu meat substitutes are pretty decent as well

Emari Traffie

A little hard to find because you have to climb a pretty sparse looking stairway but keep following the signs, it exists and is absolutely fabulous.

Margot Mazur

Delicious curries , but bubble tea is way too sweet. Also, they do NOT take AMEX even tho foursquare says they do. All in all, yum.

Natalie Kachnowski

The chicken fingers are spot on! We love this place and visit every time we fly home to Boston!

Maynard Clark

Upstairs - on the 1st Saturday of each month, join the Boston Vegan Meetup there from 11:30 am to 2 pm - the upstairs dining area has room for about 102 persons.

Leo Zhou

The "tenderized bubble tea " here is made with real fresh fruit and, with their gentle-textured vegan boba , is absolutely irresistible.

Hayley Cooper

Had the wonton soup ! Super delicious!!

Megan M

Entire menu is vegan , carrot cake is great, staff not to friendly but served quickly, if you like hot tea bring your own.

Ben Rogers

Excellent bubble tea and vegan thai vean cuisine

Herb Adis

The banana bubble tea is extremely refreshing.

Katie Tuohy

By far the best Thai food I have ever had. Pity I live so far away!

Jackie McCosker

Get a lunch special for an included soup and a small side!

Bianca

A must for vegans and vegetarians . For protein there are options other than Tofu !

Aaron Wheeler

The mango curry lunch is delightful! And cheap !

Rafal Boni

The veggie shrimp were definitely interesting, the Vietnamese noodles pretty tasty, and bubble teas awesome, but service was poor.. long waits for some dishes others came out asap

Jesse Lockwood

The 141B is the best meal of all time. Ask for a bowl of hot water for the wraps .

Kalyn Robbins

Try the Pad Thai ????????

Doreen DiMeglio

Tasty vegan food !!! Don't let the stairs scare you!

Deborah Sutliff

The Muslim Curry #94 was fantastic!

Sylvain

Perfect for a quick vegan lunch .

Victoria

Even if you’re a vegan , skip this place. Their version of pad Thai = tasteless noodles with pretty much nothing else added. You’re better off ordering a veggie meal from a non vegan Thai place

Justin Regan

OMG....... get the tofu cigars . THEY ARE AMAZING!

Tara St Laurent

The fried dumplings are perfect!
