Room was nice and spacious and it was convenient to have a min fridge . Keith at the front desk was grate and helped me find a place to eat and printed out a map.
Frequently shampoo not replenished, and of all things, on 2013 NBA FINALS GAME 6, TV across the hotel doesn't work for the 1st period. Further, when it's restored, every time action... (Tip 2 of 3)
Staff very friendly , but... I've stayed in this hotel 3 of last 10 weeks w/business colleagues. 2 weeks I've had smoke filled rooms (non-smoking hotel ), I can hear everything next door, (Tip 1 of 3)

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms smelled like smoke (non-smoking hotel ), no hot water in the shower in the morning for 3-4 days.Allegedly,a heater can't handle large group of people (?!?) Never again
They're renovating thru Jan 2012... breakfast is in a baggie, but the renovated rooms are nice
