Come with plenty of time if your not global entry . Gets crowded .

I have Global Entry so it is always a breeze. No line ..No wait

Get the Mobile Pass app (this is not Global Entry ) It’s free, you enter your passport info while on the plane , and you hella skip a lot of line .

Love Miami customs & immigration!! They're all so nice and polite!

Super long line . The first time it took us almost two hours. Arrived today and it is even longer. Tip: if you have a connecting flight mention it to the staff while you are in the line .

Us citizens take the sky train , it's faster than walking through the non citizen areas.

Far left lanes (32-35) are always shorter bc they're hidden. You're welcome (:

They move you quick here just keep all necessary documents on you when you get to them

FYI, Canadians go through the US citizens line . Also, STOP USING YOUR CELLPHONE! ;)

Even with automatic passport control, quests are quite long. Expect to spend anywhere from 20 mins to 1h

Extremely slow! Missed my connecting flight because people can't do their job there!

The ICE people here are fine. The AA employees at baggage recheck are the most consistently miserable, rude, staff I've encountered.

Being a US citizen give u a certain pride, specially when you arrive from an Intl flight and you avoid your big lines just following the sign that reads “US Citizens”. Well , not anymore! Longlines4US

Don't expect to make your connection if you're stuck in immigration tonight!! This is worse than the DMV!!!
