✅ Need some peace & quiet ? Go all the way through the lounge and you've entered the "The Quiet Way " no cell phone conversations, no TV 's, a great place to relax !
Nice layout here and ample electrical outlets . The layout can be a bit confusing for first timers, but it's quieter up front, with food, bar , and kids further back.
As of writing this note, this is the nicest American Admirals club that I have seen. Fresh restaurant inside with midday fresh guacamole served to you
Great lounge , showers , wiFi , business area and comfortables seats . Bar and cafe nice and friendly service .
House drinks are free for all, but you get unlimited premium drink coupons of flying to Central America, Mexico City or anywhere outside North America. Just go to the check-in agent and ask for more!
If you are looking for a quiet area find the "quiet way " at the end of the club. If you are making a phone call please respect other travelers and note that the Quiet Way is a no-cell area.
Free tap water , coffee and cookies . For the rest be lucky to find place to sit and if you're hungry you've got to buy your food
It's embarrassing having to tell international travelers that there's no real food for free and how low end compared to international lounges ours are. At least you can get low end drinks free again.
Amex Platinum Card members: take advantage of AA Admirals Club access now -- as of March 31st your card won't get you in anymore. Sit by the windows and watch the planes take off... free drinks!
Great place to unwind and enjoy free finger foods & alcohol . Not all drinks are free be sure to ask which ones are.
Very clean and comfortable Admirals Club. Really bad cellular reception and the free internet is almost unusable.
Great coffee (cappuccino )! Drinks were free and unlimited. They sell food, but there are free snacks !!
It's a very nice lounge and as long as you pay attention to when you're supposed to be at your gate, you'll be fine
If a waitress offers to bring you a drink, make sure you tell her to bring you a complimentary one. Asking just for "a glass of red wine " will not cut it and she will ask you to pay.
Excellent food and service, even during the pandemic. Excellent lounge chairs.
Standard lounge for AA, food selection could be better compare to other airlines lounges . Only soup no hot meals served and only snacks . Value for money does not meet expectations.
Seats in the rear look over the terminal below and have an ottoman that pulls out from under the seat for a nice leg rest.
When the Skytrain passes it shakes the ground of the Admirals Club. You can especially feel it If you are toward the back of the club. EARTHQUAKE!
Pretty good club, the hardware is decent, but the clientele can get annoying.
Well used furniture with some armrests falling apart . Some complimentary snacks and some free drinks. No bar with water bottles or cans to go.
Disgrace to the VIP lounges . You get just 2 drink cupons, have to buy food. Barman expects you to tip. I mean what is the point? Interier is very 1980 and it's very difficult to see flight status.
Pretty much a rip-off at $50. Free wifi , beer , wine , and pretzels , yes, but the seats aren't comfy and the food prices are inflated.
If you have time, take a deep and relaxing shower before flying in connection.
If you try very hard, you can get a free lap dance form one of the bartenders !
Take a shower before the next long flight it is the best... I slept the full 8 hours flight
Showering before and after long flights makes club membership tremendously worthwhile.
Try their soup and sandwiches . Great watering hole for a long layover.
The Coffee machine is a trip ariund the world if coffee
The house red wine is really good
The showers are great here. This is the better of the two AA lounges in the terminal.
Please don't use cell phones in the Quiet Way area if the lounge .
The food is fantastic and it's fairly quiet , though certainly busy.
Go to the Premium Lounge in concourse E instead. They have actual food & open bar .
Clean , have a lot of space for recharge your battery after boring connexion !!:)
Make sure you pick up some free magazines including Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine for your trip.
Can be so crowded at this club you're better off going to the gate to find an open seat !
Shave, brush teeth, freshen up with the complimentary items. Take an Orange or fruit on the road .
Of all the decrepitude that is American Airlines ' lounges , this is surely the nadir.
Take advantage of the espresso machine. One of the very few AA Lounge that has one
Fifty bucks to get in and all u get FREE is pretzels , celery sticks and caries.......IT SUCKS.......
Sliders are a little plain. Try the roast beef panini and dont forget to make ur connection!
Have kids? There's a kids room in the way back, lots of fun stuff for them to do ✅
Be nice and friendly at the Frontdesk and you can get up to 4 free drink vouchers !
They now serve sushi maki and free drinks? Love the Admirals Club
Now they have roll with jelly and croissant .
Ridiculous if flying first class to cancun you don't get lounge access. I paid for a first class ticket! Amex platinum to the rescue.. AA is embarrassing itself with ridiculous policies and old planes
Service is nice. Good showers . Have to pay for food. Two complimentary drinks.
Great club! Free wine and beer at the bar !
Dallas has better showers , but it is a great place to wash off Economy Class seating
Smile extra hard at registration and they'll give you an extra drink ticket.
Clean, comfortable, amenable, friendly, safe and cozy. What more can you ask for? Oh, yes: great light snacks and beverages, and a great bar too. - Josemiguel Davila
Love Miami customs & immigration!! They're all so nice and polite! - Thiago Santana
Amazing shower & spa svc Shower is huge w all you need. Free 15 min massage is amazing. I say you should tip your masseuse and servers. Pretty crowded at times but such a great option to have! - Lina
