Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

I'd say half the people that work here are awesome the other half do not reflect the brand. Hotel is elegant and beautiful and the valets are the best.

The adult pool is warmer water, a little quieter , but on a typical summer day in key west, The family pool is more refreshing! Beach service is great early in the day. The bar is steps from the sand!

Stunning well run property and retreat. Food on property is great as well as service. Rooms are very nice. Private beach and pool area are a vacationers dream.

We were here in April "11", fell in love with this resort , beautiful atmosphere, great service, have the Miami Vice at the beach bar , piña colada/strawberry daiquiri with a splash of Curzon dark rum !

Great hotel - clean , large rooms, and friendly staff . Skip the $20 valet and park for free in the street. No wet bar in the room - grab a late night drink at the pool until midnight.

Restaurant wait staff very slow......make sure if you pay $389 a night for a room with an ocean view that you can actually see the ocean and not a bunch of palm trees !!!

The staff is phenomenal. Love the Italian Ice and the frozen towels . It's the little touches that make it stand out.

Get a lay of the land as soon as you arrive. Free drink at noon each day on the beach . Free popsicle at 2pm. Free frozen towel ...I never saw. The bar in the lobby has specials each day.

The Sun Sun pool bar has amazing cocktails . Order a skinny cucumber lemonade or a Moscow mule , grab a hammock , and lose a few hours.

If you are staying here and want beach time, go next door to the Waldorf Reach for a much better beach .

Very High end hotel . But one of the most beautiful hotels in the Keys.

Get breakfast in your room and get a pitcher of juice and a bottle of Prosecco for mimosas .

The location and hotel premises are great, service is so so, Internet is in permanent trouble!

You must reserve a toes in the sand sunset dinner at Sun Sun restaurant . So romantic !

The smoked mahimahi dip in the bar is so good we had it every day we were here.

Alternative to the NorthWest side Westin properties, is the southward facing Casa Marina . Oceanfront and Poolside for Sunrise.

Had a great experience, will be back. But don't eat at the hotel - ripoff especially breakfast buffet .

Largest hotel in key west . If you stay here watch out for hidden pool use charges.. Yup they charge 10 bucks per day to your daily charges for pool use even if you don't use it. Hmmm

The fire pits at night are great.

The staff are very slow almost as if they are working for free and don't need tips. The beds are awful and no hot tub ! As a diamond member no real difference ..But all in all not bad just bad beds !!!

Go see Jan at the SunSun poolside bar ! She'll fix you right up! They have the best Conch Fritters in all of Key West!

Pros :It's got private beach access . Cons: old hotel - not really outstanding

The service is horrible!! The rooms were nice & views are great outside by the pool. Service was just horrible though, definitely no benefits 4 being a diamond member! Starwood property's are better

The piña colada really is amazing !! The caramel cruzan rum kills it!

Maybe I had high expectations for a Waldorf Astoria property , but for the cost of a stay this property shouldn't be so outdated. Landscaping needs help (dead plants) and there is no wow factor.

There are better options for hotels to stay at, but they make a great Piña Colada at the beach bar .

Get the Pina Colada at the Sun Sun bar . It's the best one I've ever had in my life!!! Made with cruzan rum . TO DIE FOR.

The Casa Marina was a disappointment for my wife and I. The resort was nice but overall the staff and service was not what I would expect from a Waldorf Astoria. Expectations were not met.

Nice hotel but nothing exceptional, certainly not worthy of the Waldorf Astoria brand. As a Hilton Diamond member I was disappointed with the service which is poor. No real benefits for Diamond member
